How paying works

Nothing up front. If we don't finish the job to your satisfaction, you don't pay for it.

  1. Step 1

    No deposit

Accept your fixed written quote. Nothing is paid up front.

  2. Step 2

    Job finished, invoice in hand

We walk you round the finished roof, then hand you a written invoice showing the work done and your guarantee.

  3. Step 3

Pay as shown on your invoice

Payment details are on the invoice itself. Want a copy by email? Just ask and we will send one.

What moves the price

These are guides, not quotes. After a free look at your roof you get one fixed price in writing, and it won't change unless you agree to extra work first.

  • Size and shape

Price is mostly area. Lots of upstands, outlets or awkward corners add time.

  • What’s under the felt

Rotten decking or wet insulation only shows once it’s stripped. We photograph it and price it in writing before doing anything.

  • Access

Ground-floor extensions are simple. Second-storey dormers may need scaffold, which your quote will show.

  • System you choose

Felt, EPDM and GRP each have a different material cost. We’ll tell you which suits your roof and why.
